just run outside of altrumm ruins into arborstone, die immediately, and once u rez run across from the rez shrine into the little hallway, follow that, then cast backfire, Atwb, and SS on him from the other side of the wall. Once those are on him cast Price of Failure and Parasitic Bond and its GG for him. this also works on the ele boss right behind him.

all you need for this farm is a staff and a longbow and the right skills.
i use villinars staff and a jadv ong bow ...

skill bar is

Reckless haste, price of failure, spiteful spirit, conjure phantasm, images of remorse, illusion of weakness and distortion.

start of by casting illusion of weakness at start and the monk at shrine will heal you this is just a pecaution though.

then run north along the river embankment until you can go into the water avoidng the creatures.

lure Chkkr with your long bow when he has no enmys close to him and he will run to you run back a bit out of reah of patrol and cast

reckless haste -distortion-price of failure and spiteful spirit then switch to staff and cast conjure phantasm and images of remorse then just keep on casting distortion until he dies it will be so fast you wont belive it.
